I have been living in Rockland County for 15 years. I am a licensed real estate salesperson for over 3 years and have worked full time in both Rockland and Orange Counties. Through the services provided by being a member of the multiple listing board I am able to discover immediately new homes on the market. Guiding people through the homebuying process is one of my assets. I patiently walk people through the proper procedures to insure their ultimate goal, which is the home of their dreams.

3. When working for a seller I work along side with a trusted colleague which insures the client of double attention. Selling a home is a much more detailed process, finding out the value of a client’s assets in comparison to the surrounding homes and to insure that the client receives the maximum amount of revenue for his sale transaction. Being available 24 hours to answer any question the seller has and also to give feedback to the seller about clients who have viewed their home is another service I provide. My team’s marketing techniques are unsurpassed.

4. I provide many marketing techniques for sellers, landlords, and clients relocating out of the area:

a) list all of my clients properties in all real estate magazines throughout the surrounding counties. For example I use THE COLOR REAL ESTATE BOOK, SUBURBAN HOMES, HOMES AND ESTATES MAGAZINE, THE NEW YORK TIMES, THE BERGEN RECORD, THE ROCKLAND JOURNAL NEWS, and HARMON HOMES. This provides my clients with every single piece of magazine or newspaper advertisement for client’s properties in Rockland, Orange, Bergen Counties as well as New York City.

b) I provide a free detailed market analysis of your property to insure the correct pricing

c) I provide television and cable advertisement

d) I provide my clients with advertisement and virtual tours of their property on my website

5. A large percentage of my business is repeat. Or they come by personal reference from a wide variety of sources.

6. Clients can receive free detailed community /school / finance information through custom packets.
